In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order, without needing to provide any justification.

Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. At Attigus, the Memoria collection is excluded from the right of withdrawal as these are personalized products.
